Moderate Cleaning: dust all exterior surfaces including baseboards and ledges, wipe door handles and light switches, vacuum & steam mop floors, clean mirrors and fans, trash & recycling disposal
Deep Cleaning: all services from Pixie Dust and Modest Mess packages, in addition to cleaning baseboards and ledges
Vacant Property: Vacuum and mop all floors, trim and baseboards, clean bathrooms, kitchens & exterior appliances, wipe light switches & window ledges, finger print removal from doors, etc.
Please note- interior cleaning such as appliances is an add on service. Don't forget to mention in your estimate for accurate pricing.

We understand things can get busy. For that reason, we offer the convenience of paying early! Invoices are emailed at least 24 hours prior to the service date. Payment due dates are the day of the service date unless otherwise indicated. All clients will have until 11:59pm EST on the due date to pay any remaining balances. If an invoice is paid after the due date, it is subject to a $25 late fee. Invoices can be paid online using a debit or credit card, or Apple pay.
Is there a waiting grace period for appointments?
Yes, we will wait a maximum of 10 minutes for client arrival. After that, the appointment may be forfeited along with any deposits paid.
How many cleaners will there be?
There will be at least 2 cleaners available for services booked. At the end of the appointment, they will inspect the property with the client. If the client is unavailable at that time, they will send pictures before leaving to be sure you’re satisfied with the job. Your happiness with our client services

Is there a Covid Policy?
Yes, we request that all clients mention any Covid related information at the time of booking (positive testing, exposure, etc.) The safety and health of our clients and staff is our #1 priority.
We also ask that clients leave the home or business during service. This is to ensure proper social distancing practices are followed during the cleaning. Please schedule all services around or during a time where Covid precautions can be safely followed. Thank you for understanding.
Did You Know?
A heavy duty vacuum cleaner only removes loose debris, accumulated dust, and dead skin cells from carpets & rugs. But, it won’t remove embedded pet hair/fur from the fibers.
